heybaj Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement that applies to your use of the heybaj platform and all its services. By accessing the heybaj website, creating an account, or using any game or service, you agree to follow all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, heybaj's interpretation shall be considered final. If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.

1.3 Effective Date

These Terms are effective from 2026. heybaj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any updated version will take effect immediately upon publication.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To participate on the heybaj platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
• You are legally capable and have the right to enter into this agreement.
• Participating in online gaming is permitted under the laws of your place of residence.
• You are operating the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.

2.2 Registration Process

When registering an account, you must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

heybaj reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. For this purpose, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Password and Login Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.

3.2 Right to Close Accounts

heybaj reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• On suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• In the event of multiple accounts being operated.
• In the event of false or misleading information being provided.
• Upon a self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for a heybaj account is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, heybaj reserves the right to investigate the relevant account and, where applicable, notify the relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000. The bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play designated games on the heybaj platform.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already in use.
• Attempting to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• heybaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Player Conduct

8.1 Ownership

All content displayed on the heybaj platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and other materials — is the exclusive property of heybaj or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using these assets commercially without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8.2 User License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the heybaj platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9.1 Limited Liability

heybaj provides its platform and services "as is". heybaj will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by technical disruptions, server issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. heybaj will not provide compensation for financial losses resulting from game outcomes.

9.2 Force Majeure

heybaj will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, power outages, internet service disruptions, or government directives. In such circumstances, every effort will be made to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

10.1 Right to Modify

heybaj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have agreed to the new Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

10.2 Notifications

For significant changes, heybaj will make an effort to inform users via their registered email or through a notification on the platform. However, providing such notice is not an obligation of heybaj.
